At Keith’s Treats, our story is rooted in love, compassion, and the indomitable spirit of our beloved German Shepherd, Dolly. This brave and resilient soul entered our lives when we adopted her from Orange County German Shepherd Rescue (OCGSR) many years ago. Little did we know that Dolly would be the spark that ignited our passion and led us to create something truly extraordinary.

Dolly’s journey wasn’t an easy one. She came to us with a pelvis fracture that required an FHO, or femoral head ostectomy. Witnessing her enduring spirit as she battled through her recovery inspired us beyond measure. She taught us the true meaning of resilience, hope, and unconditional love. As Dolly took her first steps toward recovery, we knew we had to do something special to celebrate her triumphs.

It was during this time that we stumbled upon our shared love for creating delicious treats for Dolly to enjoy. As we experimented with recipes, our hearts soared every time she wagged her tail in approval. Dolly became our chief taste tester, and it was evident that if she didn’t relish a treat, it simply didn’t make the cut. Her discerning palate and joyous demeanor became the guiding force behind Keith’s Treats.

As Dolly’s health improved and she entered her golden years, she continued to inspire us daily. Now, at the age of 10, Dolly still walks strong, reveling in the love and comfort of her senior years. And of course, she is always front and center when it comes to sampling the latest creations from Keith’s Treats.

Dolly’s unwavering spirit and boundless love for life have become the heart and soul of our family-owned and operated business.
